In short
- The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Fonts, images and scripts are served from fexler.com itself. Viewing a page loads nothing from third-party services.
- Personal data is processed only to deliver the site securely and to answer emails.
Hosting and security
The site is delivered and protected against attacks by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, your browser's request passes through Cloudflare's network, which processes technical data: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Purpose: delivering the website and keeping it secure.
- Legal basis: the operator's legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Processor: Cloudflare acts as a processor on the operator's behalf. Data may be transferred to the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Retention: Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period under its own retention rules. The operator does not use them to identify visitors.
- Cookie: to tell people from automated traffic, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (
__cf_bm) that expires after 30 minutes. It is not used for tracking and does not require consent.

- Retention: correspondence is deleted within one year after the conversation ends.
- Recipient: Apple Distribution International Ltd., Cork, Ireland, which stores the mailbox (iCloud Mail).
